Ranking 24 of the Major Fast Food Chains Fast Food. You can't get more american than fast food. It's pretty embarrassing, but that's the truth. I've said before that for me personally, you can't get anything better than a home-cooked meal from my amazing mom. Fast food can't even really compare to that, or a nice dine-in restaurant. But let's all agree that while there is definitely MUCH better, healthier food out there, fast food can actually be very convenient. Its quick, cheap, and some of it isn't half bad. Some of course, is much better than others. And that is what we are trying to determine today: The best fast food restaurant/restaurants. We are looking at this based on the value of the restaurant, menu diversity, service, and of course, the quality of the food.
